Pointe Hilton June 2015

Went to the Pointe Hilton in Phoenix for a 1 night, 2 day stay.  They have an awesome water park where we spent an entire day.  Kids get along great, was such a luxurious hotel room, and couldn't ask for better friends. to spend time with.

We made it to the creek.  And such a pretty creek it was.

Then we decided to keep hiking to get to the falls.

On Memorial Day, we decided to go on a hike with the Davis family.  Our neighbors and friends.  I have always wanted to hike Fossil Springs, so I was excited.  Little did I realize that it was an 8 mile hike.  4 miles straight down, then 4 miles straight back up.  It hurt.  It hurt for 3 days afterwards.  I couldn't walk normal the next day, and was scooting along like an old lady.  But, the creek was amazing.  Worth it.  We swam, played, sat in the sun, and enjoyed the beauty around us.  Then the kids decided to hike to the dam and jump off the falls.  I'm amazed at their bravery.  Especially my kids.  They don't get it from me.  But they all jumped.  CRAZY.  Was a great way to spend a day.

Concerts and Award Assemblies...May 2015

Isabel had a great  year learning to play the bass.  She had an amazing teacher in Mrs. Alston.  Was great to see her learn and progress and do so well.   

Sofia earned a few awards from Kino at the end of her 8th grade year.  Am proud of her and her acheivements

New Kids on the Block!!!!!!!!! May 2015

Kaitlin got us all tickets to go to the New Kids concert when they came to Phx.  Holy smokes.  Talk about going back about 20 years.  Was an absolute ridiculous amazing fun night with my sisters.  NKOTB put on a great concert.  Couldn't get enough!
