My friend Rachel helped me build this bench! Power tools and all. Then Isabel, of course, made me go to the Depot to get stain and helped me stain it. She's the best and this bench is the best!
Goodbye students! May 22, 2020
What a completely bizarre and strange school year. The students drove through and picked up their yearbooks and report cards. Was fun to see them and say goodbye to them.
Good
Shingles!!! Boo!!
I won't gross you out with all my rash pictures, but I got shingles. Yes, the old person's disease. I'm officially ancient. It started with itchy skin, then felt like I was punched or kicked 50 times in my ribs, then this glorious rash appeared from my back and wrapped around to my front. It's going on two weeks now, the rash is disappearing, but the pain is still kicking. Not fun. May 18, 2020

Isabel gets things done around here. She keeps me busy and makes sure things don't sit too long before we fix them, work on them, or solve problems.
MCC bound
Jacob started the welding program at MCC January 2020. He's going for his 2 year associates degree. Right now he is also working for Porter Brothers Construction, watering plants at the Mesa Temple Construction site. Working full time and school full time. Making his mama proud.
