Isabel's wound got infected. I hadn't seen her for a day and by the time I saw her it looked like this. She learned that she's supposed to let her mom know when her owie starts oozing and swelling. Back to Urgent Care where she got a large dose of antibiotics via a shot in her rear and was sent home with more antibiotics to take over the next week.
